MODEL ASB
LOW COST SHEARBEAM LOAD CELL
A superb low cost weighing solution, yet surprisingly accurate with good long life features.
The ASB is a shearbeam load cell with M8 threadson the 125kg model and M12 threads on the balance of the range.
This is one of the most cost effective shearbeam cells available.
Robustly constructed in design with carefully selected high strength aircraft aluminium, it is an ideal selection for most weighing applications.
Used extensively in the agricultural industry it has proved to be a rugged long life load cell.
Marine grade anodised the ASB has an excellent protection rating of IP67 and is backed by a three-year warranty.

MODEL HPC
HIGH PRECISION COMPRESSION LOAD CELL
The HPC (High Precision Compression) is a state of the art measurement device. Its sophisticated and super sensitive lectronics are housed in a rugged fully stainless steel enclosure. Fitted with power surge arrestors, anti- rotation mechanism and inert gas filled for component longevity, the HPC provides for a true IP68 enclosure rating with greater than 300 hours protection at 1,5 immersion.
Purpose designed to meet the needs of the weighbridge and truck scale manufacturer, the cell is supplied in two optimum weighbridge cell capacities of 30t and 45t. To ensure the exceptional performance of the HPC is optimised, PT offer specially designed mounting accessories. The HPC has formal approval in many countries for both capacities. It has three-year warranty and is supplied individually packed with a detailed accuracy certificate traceable by serial number.

MODEL PT1000
LOW COST SINGLE POINT LOAD CELL
A direct bolt replacement for most industry Standard single point cells.
The PT1000 is a dual designed model providing for increased capacities.
The smaller cell is from 3kg to 35kg and at only 22mm high and 130mm long it’s perfect for small low cost retail scales, medical and check weighing applications
with platforms up to 350mm x 350mm.
The larger size cell measures from 50kg to 250kg capacity and is ideal for platform sizes 400mm x 500mm.
This is a very compact cell for its capacity range. Direct bolt industry standard makes both large and small PT1000’s ready replacements for other less wellprotected
models. The PT1000 comes as standard with SURESEAL sealing and is protected to IP66.

UNIVERSAL S-BEAM LOAD CELL
The PT4000 S-Type tension load cell is available in both metric and imperial capacities.
It has the largest capacity range of any of our load cells: 50lb to 20klb (UNF thread) in imperial and 20kg to 5t (Metric thread) in metric.
All capacities feature a 3mV/V output built into a rugged alloy tool steel design with low sensitivity to axial loads. Ideal for mechanical scale conversions, material
testing, bi-directional, level and inventory monitoring and a host of other applications.

The PT8000 is a stainless steel bending beam with a hermetically sealed welded construction to IP68 standard.
This uniquely designed sensor allows for superior bellows operation through its full measurement cycle, providing better lifelong protection and accuracy.
Design benefits can be seen clearly with a less than 0.4mm deflection at full load and a safe loading rating of 150% of the rated capacity with an ultimate load rating of 300%.

The SSC (Stainless Steel Compression) load cell is available in 6 capacities, 5t to 100t.
This load cell continues to be an industrial workhorse within the weighing industry. A natural choice for high capacity hopper, tank and silo weighing, where long life and stability are pre-requisites.
It is an excellent selection for many hostile environments due to its welded heavy-duty stainless steel construction and high weighing capacity, coupled with a quality IP67 protection rating.
